Approved Mental Health Professional

Rotherham Council are looking for Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHP) to join their Adults Social Work teams.

Your responsibilities as a Social Worker/ AMHP

• Implement care plans and care packages
• Carry out Care Act 2014 Assessments
• Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments
• Undertake Section 42 enquires
• Undertake complex cases
• Contributing towards AMHP rota

Requirements of the Social Worker / AMHP

• Current registration with Social Work England
• AMHP Qualification
• 2 years post qualifying UK experience
• Qualified Social Worker BA/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent

Pay rate: Up to £40 per hour (Umbrella)

Location: Rotherham
