Job description
Anti-Social Behaviour Officer needed for our well-known client within central Oxford, Oxfordshire.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the case management of all high-risk anti-social behaviour in Oxford.
This role is vital in delivering the charities hosing management objectives. You will be creating and following strategies that effectively manage anti-social behaviour and support positive relationships.
Some Responsibilities will include:
- To prepare court papers and attend court in Possession claims and other Anti-Social Behaviour cases.
- To work with solicitors, police, and partner agencies to ensure the successful management of the case.
- To lead on possession and eviction cases relating to ASB, Safeguarding and where required, other tenancy-related issues
- To support the housing manager in relation to the designing out of Anti-social Behaviour across our housing stock

- Pay starting from - £11.50 PAYE - £15.22 Umbrella Per Hour

Shift Times:
- Hours: 37.5 (9am-5pm)
- Monday-Friday
Requirements for you as the Anti-Social Behaviour Officer:
- Good Understanding of Housing Law, housing management and eviction processes
- A good understanding of the needs of homeless people and knowledge of voluntary and statutory services for homeless people
- Experience working with people with complex multiple needs.
- Clear communication skills
- Be able to Travel to Oxford
