AMHP Team Manager - £50ph

My client in Berkshire is looking for a new locum Team Manager to manage the daytime AMHP Service for the local authority. The successful applicant must have considerable AMHP and Team Manager level experience in a similar service. I am looking for a Team Manager / AMHP who is able to being work within one month.

• To oversee a team of Social Workers / AMHPs
• Manage performance with KPIs.
• To provide supervision, training and feedback to staff.
• To report to the Head of service.
• To represent the team in meetings with Senior management.
• To carry out statutory functions under the Mental Health Act 1983.
• Provision of support for people in crisis.

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
• Two years experience in management.
• Four years of AMHP experience.
• You must be able to start work within one month.

Location: Berkshire

Rate: £50 per hour
