Adults Social Worker - Access Team
Job description
A Local Authority is looking for a Social Worker to join their Adults Acess Team around the Essex region. As the Adults Social Worker, you will be completing assessments and providing support plans. This is a full-time, permanent position.
You will need to have a background within Adults Social Work, ideally with knowledge and experience within adults and Learning Disabilities teams. This Local Authority has extensive benefits and a great training and development programme.

Your responsibilities as the Social Worker:
- Undertake Care Act assessments
- Provide support plans and reviews on a regular basis
- Provide Support and review adults with a Learning Disability
- Use a strengths-based approach
Requirements of you as the Social Worker:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid Social Work England registration
- Significant experience of working within Adults
- Experience of working within a Learning Disabilities Team
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: Essex
Salary: up to £38,500
