Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join an Adults Psychiatric Hospital Team

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team specialises in working in supporting safe discharges for adults who are in psychiatric hospitals. An important part of this role is doing Care Act Assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments. Dealing with service users with compassion and ensuring that they have a safe transition back into the community is at the forefront of the team's motivation.

About you

The successful candidate will be a professional well versed in hospital procedures. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' experience working in an Adults Hospital setting are essential for this position. Full driving license is preferred.
