Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker in Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team aims to care for vulnerable individuals in the community and take on challenges to make sure they fulfil their lives as best as possible. As a cohort, a three-conversation approach is used when working with service users. This consists of re-emphasising focus on individuals, highlighting strengths and the network and community that surrounds them. Being surrounded by a talented group of Social Work Professionals helps with constant development within the team. Working 5 days in the office is essential to keep a close community feel in the service.

About you

Having experience in Adult Social Work and the knowledge in legislations and court work is essential for this role. Holding a UK driving license with the access to a car will be beneficial. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. The candidate must be registered with Social Work England and obtain an ASYE or equivalent.
