Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to work in Mental Health Crisis Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team consists of Social Work Professionals as well as other health colleagues to help determine the degree of each mental health crisis and what support is necessary. Working with each service user as an individual to help support them and their families to achieve the best outcomes for all involved is key to the success of this role. The ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion when working with individuals is essential when providing a therapeutic partnership with service users to promote recovery.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience in a mental health setting or complex case work lends well to the success of this position.
