Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join an Adult's Locality Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team provides high quality need assessments, creates care plans and intervention for adults in need. This includes assessing by Care Act 2014 guidlines, Mental Capacity Act assessments in relation to residence. Completing court work in relation to deputyship applications and S21a challenges are also key responsibilities. The opportunity for part time hours is also available.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience. Must also be in travelling distance to Cornwall in order to undertake face to face assessments. A valid UK driving Licence and car are essential for this role.
