Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team holds a number of complex cases, working with the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005. Completing overall adult Safeguarding responsibilities within a multi-disciplinary set up is key in order to support adults with learning disabilities. Taking time to create strong, trusting relationships with service users is key to the success of the work this team does.

About you

You will have demonstrable experience in managing case loads and completing duty visits and reviews at short notice. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience. It is a requirement to have a valid UK driving license and vehicle as well as being easily accessible to the Swindon area.
