Adults Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Locality Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

The locality team works with adults 18+ within the community, supporting those that may have learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, physical disabilities or be 65+. This team aids those with their care packages whilst also updating if needed. Key responsibilities within the team will involve, carry out assessments, report writing, face to face visits and working with other services to benefit the individual.

About you

A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation. Experience of working with learning disabilities, older people, autism and physical disabilities.
