Adults Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

This is a highly rewarding team that works with vulnerable adults that have learning difficulties or may have autism. This team promotes independence, inclusion and well being of adults that have learning disabilities. This team enables adults to have independence within their lives whilst also complying with the adults safeguarding policies and procedures within adult social care.

About you

A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation involved within adult social care. Candidates with experience of working in learning disabilities, complex care, community, transitions or review team will have transferable skills.
