Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Senior Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team.

ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS POST QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE IN THE UK AS A SOCIAL WORKER.

About the team:

In this role, you will support and Safeguarding Adults with Disabilities to ensure their safety and well-being are met in the community. You will aim to help the individual become as independent as possible by carrying out assessments under the Care Act 2014.

About you

You must have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in working within Adult Services. Previous experience within Learning Disabilities, Safeguarding, Transitions, Mental Health and Older People Teams would be beneficial. You must also have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
