Job description

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the Older People Team.

Requirements

Must have a Social Work Degree with 1 year post ASYE experience.

About the team

This team works with those who are over 65+, within this team you will be undertaking Care Act 2014 assessments, Mental Capacity Asssessments and Section 42 enquires. The Social Worker will be taking on long term cases, reviewing over budgets and speaking with families. This team is a highly respected team that offers great support within the post.

About you

You will have knowledge of adult social care legislation as well as current practice. You will have a Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required.
