Adult Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Front Door Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

The front door is the first point of contact within adult social services. This team is designed to work with adults who are in need of assistance and support within their day to lives. The team will screen referrals, have a duty rota and carry out face to face visits for individuals who are in need of care.

About you

A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation. Experience of working with learning disabilities, older people, autism and physical disabilities.
