Adult Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Community Duty Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

The community duty team supports vulnerable adults 18+, this team is a fast paced team undertaking safeguarding screening, working under section 42 and carry out face to face visits. This team will work with other services across the borough for the best intrest of the individual. Responsibilites within this team involve, under taking assessments, attending MDT meetings, carrying out visits and putting together care plans.

About you

A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation. Experience of working with learning disabilities, older people, autism and physical disabilities.
