Adult Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

The safeguarding team works with vulnerable adults within the adult social services. The team supports those by assessing individuals needs and contributing to a care plan being created for their best interest. The team will be expected to carry out section 42 enquires, review over cases and liaise with other services.

About you

A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation. Experience of working with learning disabilities, older people, autism and physical disabilities.
