Adult Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Front Door Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

This team is the first point of contact within the Adult Social Care sector, this team will be screening referrals, exception to be on duty rota, requirement to undertake face to face visits. This team mainly works within Section 42, key responsibilities will be to assess the needs of the individuals with relevant assessments and speak with other services within the council for benefit of the client.

About you

A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation such as Care Act 2014, MCA, Section 42.. Experience within Community, OP,PD, complex care, front door will be transferable for this post.
