Adult Social Worker

A Local Authority in the East Midlands area is looking for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join their Hospital Discharge Team.

Please note that this is a Locum position.

Responsibilities:

• Previous experience of working within a similar position, working within a hospital environment.
• To evaluate and ensure plans are put in place to support the service users.

Location: Derby City Council.

Umbrella pay rate: Open to negotiate.

PAYE payment options available also.
