Adult Social Worker

A Local Authority in the East Midlands area is looking for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join their Youth Adults Transitions Team.

Please note that this is a Locum position.

Responsibilities as an Adult Social Worker:

• Previous experience of working within a similar position/ Young Adults Transitions experience.
• Working directly with adults who are under care of the authority and ensure their needs are met.
• Holding a case load and have assessment and support planning knowledge.

To be considered for this Social Work position, you must have:

• Valid Social Work England Registration.
• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Dip SW/CQSW) with AYSE year completed.
• Driver's License preferable.

Umbrella pay rate: £34.00 per hour.
