Adult Safeguarding Social Worker

We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join an Adults Safeguarding team.

About the team

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team who are committed to providing good quality supervision and bringing a particular focus on Adult Safeguarding. You will work closely with residents in the area and their families, as well as a number of professionals including health, provider services, safeguarding and mental health colleagues.

You will be responsible for completing Care Act Assessments, proportionate support planning, S42 Enquiries and ensuring appropriate protection plans.

About the role

You will need a degree in social work to be considered for this position, and a background in Adults Services would be highly desirable.
