Adult Review Social Worker

London Borough of Islington is looking for a Qualified Social Worker within Adult Services to join their Physical disabilities Review Team on a full-time locum contract.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of dealing with Adults with Physical disabilities.

Responsibilities for you as a Supervising Social Worker:

• Undertake Mental Capacity Act assessments, Care Act assessments and Safeguarding assessments
• Work in collaboration with other services within the council
• Complete care plans and care packages
• Attend meetings regarding relevant cases
• Work alongside other practitioners for the best interest of the service user

Requirements of you as a Supervising Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have experience or knowledge in Adult Social Work

Location: Islington, London

Umbrella pay rate: £33 p/h
