Adult Mental Health Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

This team works with individuals that have Mental Health needs, this team will work with those that may have dementia, past of substance misuse or complex mental health needs. This team will carry out face to face visits for those individuals, liaise with other agencies and put together care packages. This is a highly proactive and supportive team. This team is built up of locum and permanent social workers, AMHP's and OT's.

About you

A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. You will have previous or current experience of working with Section 42, Care Act and MCA assessments. Experience of working with Mental Health, substance misuse, forensic
