We are looking for passionate, hardworking Social Workers to join a Council in Southeast London in the Adult Locality team!

About the role:

• Competitive pay rate of £35.00 per hour
• Previous experience of carrying out Social Care assessments and Mental Capacity assessments.
• Experience of handling long term, complex cases.
• Safeguarding experience and knowledge of the relevant parts of Care Act legislation in relation to safeguarding and an understanding of the principles of safeguarding and how to apply these in practice essential.
• The role is hybrid working and is 2 days in the office.

To be considered for this Social Work position, you must have

• Valid Social Work England Registration

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with AYSE year completed
