Adult Community Social Worker

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are looking for a Qualified Social Worker within Adult Services to join their Community Team on a full-time locum contract.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience as an Adult Social worker.

Responsibilities for you as a Social Worker:

• Experienced in Adults safeguarding
• Experience in completing Care Act assessment, support plans, and Carers assessments as required.
• Experience in Mental Capacity Assessments is a must.
• Experience in visits and safeguarding procedures after discharge is desirable.

Requirements of you as a Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have experience or knowledge in Adult Social Work

Location: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London

Umbrella pay rate: £32 p/h
