Adult Advanced Practitioner

A Local Authority in the West Yorkshire area is looking for an experienced Adult Advanced Practitioner to join their All-Age Disability Team.

Please note that this is a Locum position.

Responsibilities:

• The advanced practitioner will be based within an All-Age Disability Team, working with adults with a learning disability, autism, and ADHD.
• Completing Safeguarding referrals.
• To ensure the council's processes and procedures are followed through.

Location: Calderdale, West Yorkshire.

Umbrella pay rate: £35.00 per hour.
