Administrator required for our busy Social Care Temporaries division here at Charles Hunter Associates. Are you passionate about Administration? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy multi-tasking? Do you have great attention to detail? If so, this role could be for you!

Our Social Care Recruitment team focuses on the onboarding of Temporary Social Care staff. Due to the volume of candidate applications, compliance and placements there is a great deal of administrative duties. The Recruitment Administrator would be pivotal in supporting a team of Recruitment Consultants to ensure the onboarding and placement process is managed in an efficient and effective way.

Job Description

  • Creating candidate Profiles and Formatting CV's
  • Job Advert writing and posting
  • Responding to candidate applications
  • CV library searches/ CV library watchdogs
  • Supporting with the whole placement process and all the paper work involved
  • Using our CRM database on daily basis
  • Telephone based activities
  • Using Word, Excel and other systems on a daily basis
  • Maintaining trackers and managing the exploration of documents such as Training

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in Administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to use a diversity of online systems and platforms
  • Able to Multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confident in word and excel
  • Excellent IT skills
