Background Story
I began my career in retail, working my way up to become a Starbucks Store Manager and Children’s Farm Operations Manager. Through these roles, I developed strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills. My passion for planning and development led me to transition into a role as a Land and Property Planning Assistant, where I expanded my expertise by learning accounts and project coordination. Eager to combine my diverse experience, I took a bold step to start my exciting journey in recruitment.
Biggest Achievement
During my time at Starbucks, I was proud to earn top awards as a Store Manager, recognising my leadership and commitment to excellence. Additionally, one of my most rewarding experiences was helping my family transform a derelict barn into a stunning home.
