As Associate Director, Tom oversees our permanent social work recruitment service across the UK.

Background Story

I have 14 years of sales experience – ten in insurance/investment sales, and four in recruitment. I started with Charles Hunter Associates as a consultant over four years ago and have successfully progressed to Associate Director.

Biggest Achievement
Sales person of the year three years running, and I have the highest deal in company history.
