My Bio

As Associate Director, Tom oversees our permanent social work recruitment service across the UK.

Background Story

I have 14 years of sales experience – ten in insurance/investment sales, and four in recruitment. I started with Charles Hunter Associates as a consultant over four years ago and have successfully progressed to Associate Director.

Biggest Achievement
Sales person of the year three years running, and I have the highest deal in company history.

Why Charles Hunter Associates?

Charles Hunter Associates has given me the chance to successfully balance a structured and rewarding career, whilst also enjoying my work. Charles Hunter Associates promotes career progression and development, and rewards hard work and results, something that had been missing in my last few companies where career progression whilst working for a large entity is a difficult task due to size, structure and bureaucracy.

How would your team best describe you in three words?

Driven, knowledgeable and focused.
