Recruitment Process

We know that interviews can be daunting so we have put together a brief rundown of our interview process so you can be as prepared as possible.

When you send your CV to us, it will be reviewed by our recruitment team. Have a look at our latest job opportunities for descriptions on what we are after. If we see potential in your CV and past experiences, one of our recruitment team will be in touch. 

1st Interview

This is a chance for you to show us your personality! You will meet with two members of senior management who will go through your CV and ask some competency based questions. We are looking for the drive and the personality that leads to successful recruitment consultants.

2nd Interview

If you are invited back for a second interview, you will be asked to do a presentation for the senior management team. There will then be a more formal round of questions from two senior managers. If you perform well up to this point, you will be given the chance to try out life as a recruiter! We will pair you up with a consultant and give you the chance to speak to a few clients.

Top Tips

Know your stuff

  • Make sure you know what a recruiter does on a day-to-day basis.
  • Research the company through the website and through LinkedIn.

Keep your cool

  • We know interviews are nerve-wracking so take a breath and take your time.

Show your personality 

  • Recruitment is all about building up rapport with your clients/candidates, so try to build up rapport with us!

Elaborate

  • Show us your skills by giving lots of examples.

Ask lots of questions!

  • Come prepared with at least 2 questions.
