As a Temp Recruitment Consultant, I specialise in sourcing and placing SEN TAs and support workers across the counties of Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset and parts of Berkshire.

My role involves working closely with Schools, Residential Care Homes, Supported Living and Children’s Homes to understand their staffing needs and then recruiting and vetting suitable candidates for temporary roles. I ensure that both clients and candidates are matched effectively, providing ongoing support to maintain high standards and meet the dynamic needs of both the client and worker.
