Katie is the Operations Manager of our Social Care Temporary Division. Having over 11 years experience recruiting in the Social Care sector, Katie is tasked with developing and growing our temporary staffing offering to our social care clients.

Background Story
I am an experienced social care recruiter and manager, who has worked in the sector since leaving university over 11 years ago! I am extremely passionate about the social care industry and matching talented individuals with reputable companies. Setting up the Charles Hunter Associates temporary social care division seemed the most natural step for me in my career. It allows me to continue to recruit in an extremely rewarding sector and organically grow another fantastic arm to the business.
