My Bio

Jonathan founded and established Charles Hunter Associates in 2009. As Managing Director he looks after the strategic growth, development and running of the business.

Background Story

From what initially started as working on my own in a tiny back office within my father in laws estate agency, the business has grown into a large and impressive provider of quality social work and care staff. I have a real passion for the social work and care industry and enjoy being able to add value through the introduction of vetted, committed and talented staff.

Biggest Achievement
I would say my biggest achievement to date has been creating an excellent team around me which has enabled us to grow the business into a leading provider within our sector.
