Registered Manager

My client is looking for a Registered Manager for a 4 bed children's home in Camden with Company Car/Car Allowance, Bonuses available.

I am looking for a Registered Manager for a 4 bed children's home which is ready to start intaking young people for an children's home provider whose homes are all Ofsted Good and Outstanding in North London.

You will have an experienced and qualified staff team, mentoring by very experienced senior managers, full therapeutic support from the inhouse clinical team and therapeutic management program.

The Registered Manager role is offering the following

• Salary of £52,000 - £57,000
• Car Allowance £3,000 or Company Car
• £7,000 in Performance Related Payments

Do you have the following :

• Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Level 5 Leadership and Management (or be willing to complete)
• Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager in residential children's homes
• Ambition to move into an Ofsted Registered Manager role

My client will consider a Deputy Manager looking to step into their first RM role!
