We're looking for compassionate, committed Residential Support Workers to join a well-established charity supporting vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting in Worksop.

You'll be working with young people aged 5-18 who have experienced trauma such as neglect, exploitation, domestic abuse, and instability. With the right support, consistency, and care, these young people can rebuild trust and thrive and you'll be a key part of that journey.

What the role involves

• Providing day-to-day care, guidance, and emotional support

What we're looking for

You don't need to have "done it all before", we're looking for the right people:

• A calm, patient, and reflective approach

• Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins and weekends

• Experience with children or young people is helpful, but not essential
