A Waking Night Support Worker role is available working with children and young people aged between 7-19 who have complex needs. As the Waking Night Support Worker, you're required to support the young people, act as an appropriate role model and show initiative.

Responsibilities of the Waking Night Support Worker:

  • Manage situations appropriately and accordingly (behavioural or physical occurrences)
  • Assist and help the young people develop by supporting their learning and activities
  • Support Senior staff with learning and care plans & show initiative
  • Act as an appropriate role model at all times

Requirements of the Waking Night Support Worker:

  • Have experience working with children and young people who have complex needs
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's workforce or Residential Childcare is desirable
  • Hold a UK driving license desirable*

Salary: £13,405.27
