Experienced Waking Night Youth Worker required to support a vulnerable young person in a semi-independent living service based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.

Experience lone working with young people with challenging behaviour, emotional trauma and mental health is essential.

Waking Night Shifts:

Monday - Sunday Waking Nights available

20:00pm-8:00am

Responsibilities for you as the Waking Night Youth Worker:

  • Supporting with the young persons curfew
  • Monitoring visitors in and out of the property
  • Incident reports
  • Ensure the safety of the person at all times
  • Promoting independence and position behaviours

Requirements for you as the Waking Night Youth Worker:

  • Enhanced DBS Child & Adult on the update service
  • Experience working with vulnerable young people 16+
  • Encouraging and supportive attitude
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care desirable
