Are you a Residential Support Worker looking for a new role to progress and develop? Are you looking to assist young people in developing their social, emotional and developmental needs? This position is based in a residential setting with young people aged between 11-18. You will be expected to display a positive attitude, empathy and display yourself as an appropriate role model. This role applies to those who have experience working with young people who display challenging behaviour.

Requirements of the Therapeutic Residential Care Worker:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable
  • Experience working in a Residential setting or experience working with young people who demonstrate challenging behaviour
  • Commitment to completing training and qualifications
  • Ensuring to maintain the company values and regulations
