A developing Local Authority is looking for a Team Manager of their team in North London. As a successful Team Manager, you will become a part of the Youth Justice Service where you will be providing management and support to social workers.

This Team Manager position is a full-time, and permanent position. You will need to have Youth Justice experience. You will need to be committed and have the drive to match the ambitions to the Local Authority.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:

  • Managing and supervising staff
  • Develop and manage the service with reviews
  • Provide and implement training for staff and others
  • Undertake recruitment when necessary
  • Attend, organise and chair meetings

Requirements of you as the Team Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Significant experience of working within Youth Offending Teams
  • Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: North London

Salary: up to £60,000
