A Local Authority with a family-feel working environment is looking for a safeguarding Social Worker to be the Team Manager of their team in North London.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:

  • Managing and supervising a team
  • Provide Appraisal and personal development
  • Provide regular, high quality, challenging and reflective supervision
  • Attend meetings when needed

Requirements of you as the Team Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Significant experience of working within child protection
  • Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
  • Experience of working within Safeguarding
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Salary: up to £53,000 + healthcare + pension
