A busy and developing Local Authority based within the West London region are looking for a Team Manager to manage the Referral and Assessment team. As the Team Manager, you will need to provide leadership and management in the Referral and Assessment service.


This role is a permanent, full-time position and as the Team Manager, you need experience within Referral and Assessment Teams.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans
  • Provide senior leadership and management
  • Lead the development and implementations
  • Develop, promote and sustain positive and productive working relationships

Requirements of you as the Team Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Experience of working within Early Help Intervention Teams
  • Management and Leadership experience
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence



Location: West London

Salary: up to £50,000
