Team Manager - Permanence Team

A council in the Greater Manchester area is looking for a Team Manger to join their Permanence team. This is a Locum Social Work role.

The ideal Team Manger will have knowledge and experience working in a Permanence environment. The key to success in this role is to be able to start a contract confidently without the need for supervision.

Your responsibilities as a Permanence Team Manager:

• Manage a team in line with business planning performance standards
• Ensure children receive appropriate assessments and services relevant to their needs
• Preparing children for rehabilitation or leaving care
• Ensuring health and safety requirements are met
• Improving quality and the service provided to young people in our care.

Requirements of you as a Permanence Team Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have competent knowledge and experience of Permanence work

Location: Oldham

Umbrella pay rate: £40.00
