As the Team Manager, you will be an experienced Senior Social Worker/Manager with Fostering experience, preferably with an Independent Fostering Agency. This is a permanent and full-time position and you will be office-based with the potential for some flexibility.
You will need to have a background within a Fostering Team as a Senior Manager. Ideally, within an Independent Fostering Agency or Charity.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Team Manager:
- Supporting the Registered Manager
- Deputising for the Registered Manager
- Quality Assurance
- Contributing to Foster Carer & Staff Training
- Overseeing Foster Carer Recruitment
- Working in an Out-Of-Hours rota

Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Significant experience of working within Fostering
- Experience of working as a Senior or Manager within Children's Social Work
- A working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care and Fostering
