A Leading Social Enterprise that works with "with a Fostering branch" is looking for a Team Manager, you be supporting the Service Manager across the Gloucestershire area. This is a full time and Permanent position.

As the Team Manager, you will have experience within fostering with a knowledge or experience of practising with a Therapeutic Approach. Ideally, within an Independent Fostering Agency or Charity or not for profit organisation.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:

  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Demonstrate a dynamic approach to the growth Sustainability of the service
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children
  • Quality Assurance role for Annual Reviews and Form F assessments.
  • Working in an Out-Of-Hours rota

Requirements of you as the Team Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Experience of working within Fostering
  • Experience of working within a Therapeutic Environment
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: up to £42,840 plus £4,500 Car Allowance
