One of the London Boroughs Largest Local Authorities is looking for a Team Manager to help run the First Response Team for their office based in North West London. You will be managing and Supervising a team of Social Workers and Senior Practitioners.

This is a full-time, permanent position with great training and development opportunities. Ideally, as the Team Manager, you will need to have First Response experience along with experience within Leadership and Management.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:

  • Ensure that all the Policies and Procedures are being followed
  • Oversee and quality assurance of Children and Families Assessments
  • Ensure the provision of high quality, cost-effective and efficient social work service
  • Motivate, develop and performance manage a team of staff

Requirements of you as the Team Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Significant experience of working within the First Response Team
  • Experience of working within Leadership and Management
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: North West London

Salary: up to £51,000
