A developing Local Authority is looking for a Team Manager to join their Children in Care team in North London. As a successful Team Manager, you will be providing management and support
This Team Manager position is a full-time, and permanent position. You will need to have Safeguarding experience along with the current knowledge of the Current Legislation, policies and procedures. You will need to be committed and have the drive to match the ambitions to the Local Authority.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:

  • Managing and supervising a team
  • Provide Appraisal and personal development
  • Provide regular, high quality, challenging and reflective supervision
  • Attend meetings when needed

Requirements of you as the Team Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Relevant knowledge of the legislation, policies and Procedures
  • Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
  • Experience of working within Children in Care Team
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: North London

Salary: up to £54,000
