Team Manager - Child Protection

A Local Authority in Devon, is looking for a Team Manager within Social Work to join their Child Protection team, offering a fantastic pay rate of £48 per hour. As the Team Manager you will be required to deliver a high-quality care service as well as train all Social Workers to build, maintain and repair relationships with children and families.

Your responsibilities as a Child Protection Team Manager:

• Deliver a high-quality Social Care service.
• Train all Social Worker to build, maintain, and repair relationships with children and families.
• Non-case holding role.

Requirements of you as a Child Protection Team Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Significant experience within Child Protection and Management.
