An Ofsted rated 'OUTSTANDING' residential service is looking for a Team Leader to join their Children's home based in Tadley. They are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader to join their well-established children's residential home, that supports girls from the age of 8- 17.

This organisation prides themselves on providing the highest standard of holistic and child-centred care to vulnerable young people. As Team Manager, you'll be supporting children who display a number of Social, Emotional, Behaviour Difficulties within a caring and therapeutic environment.

Your responsibility as Team Leader:

  • Providing a positive and enriching living experience that achieves the best outcomes for the young people
  • Supporting the young people's emotional needs
  • Leading, mentoring and motivating staff teams
  • Providing formal supervision and managing staff performances
  • Design, implement and monitor the care and education plans
  • Ensuring the smooth-running of the home within Ofsted requirements and guidelines
  • Undertaking wider operational tasks when required
  • Deputise in the Home Managers absence

Requirements of you as Team Leader:

  • Level 3 Diploma in the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
  • Prior experience managing and leading staff teams
  • Experience working within a childcare setting or with young people
  • Full Driving Licence

Salary: up to £28000 + pension + additional benefits
