Exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager or Service Manager of supported living services to work for an established provider of care and support to adults with learning disabilities based in Torquay, Devon

The Registered Manager role is a full-time position with Monday to Friday office working hours offering a highly competitive remuneration package

Your responsibilities as Registered Manager:

  • Successfully register with CQC by completing the fit persons process
  • Line manage a team of qualified support workers, senior support workers and deputy manager
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with all CQC, domiciliary and safeguarding legislation
  • Lead the home through all CQC inspections achieving minimum 'Good'
  • Deliver high quality, personalised care to young people within the home

Requirements of the Registered Manager:

  • QCF Leadership and Management Level 5 / Registered Manager's Award / NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
  • Significant experience in supported living and adults learning disabilities
  • High level knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and learning disabilities
