Supported Living Manager required for a Adults, Learning Disabilities service in Berkshire . This is an incredible opportunity for a Manager with NVQ Level 3, 4 or 5 and Learning Disabilities experience to take over a busy , friendly and dynamic service. This National , not for profit service offers fantastic career progression, training and support .

If you were to become the next Supported Living Manager , your duties would be -

- Managing a team of 20 staff, including Support Workers and Seniors

- Liaising with a variety of professionals

- Ensuring that the promotion of Independence continues

- Overseeing staff meetings

- Overseeing supervisions

- Supporting the seniors in the team

- Rota Management

If you were to become the next Supported Living Manager , you would need experience in -

- At least 1 years management experience

- At least 2 years experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities

If you were to become the next Supported Living Manager , you would need these Qualifications

- NVQ Level OR H&SC Diploma 3, 4 or 5
