Fantastic charity seeks new Supported Living Manager for their supported living community service in Bexley!

I am recruiting for an experienced Service Manager or Registered Manager within supported living services to join one of the most inclusive supported living and community care projects in London!

The service has impeccable standards and we are looking for a manager who wants to take over and also assist in developing a brand-new community integration project.

My client is a small charity who pride themselves on delivering flexible and high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in their own homes and in the community. They run supported living services and are in the process of developing a new project which invites the local community to liaise and offer exciting opportunities to service users.

The Service Manager will oversee a superb supported living service and assist the CEO in developing this new and exciting project.

The successful Service Manager will have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within supported living services
  • Strong knowledge of learning disabilities, CQC and compliance, safeguarding and working families of service users.
  • Driving License and Vehicle
